Of course, all over the world everyone learned to speak and most of all write english into perfection.
The guy probably never learned how to write english, give him a break.
It's only annoying when people who acually learned how to write are using this language.
As of the scythe. I like the idea, but as pointed out, maybe you should change the finger in a more sharp part.

There's the Jitte for the swords... so why not have a blunt scythe?
Even though it does sound retarded...

Too many "I'm going to finger you with my scythe" jokes will come from such a weapon; besides a scythe made from bones and skulls would have far more finesse and beauty to it than that. The handle will be made from a curved spine, the blade from some sharpened shoulder blade of a huge beast, and the joint will be a skull with the mouth open, the blade jutting from it like some grotesque tongue of bone.

Ugly, bad art work, and too similar to things like the Bonecage Scythe.

I kinda like it better than bonecage scythe. It's like Bone Staff made into a scythe.
Still, it's a bit odd. How are the bones sticking together? Where's the blade? :P
Sorry, man. Like someone already said, you missed Design-a-weapon by nearly half a year.

As far as the scythe goes... ...I could see bones for the staff part of it, but not the blade..

I think the shaft should be a long bone, with the skull having a large jagged blade protruding out of the back of the skull, as if it was stabbed through.

I'm sorry but this is far too simple. Scythes are supposed to slash at people with a blade, something this design doesn't have. All you can really do with this scythe is poke at the person.

Nice idea, might need some changes... as people have said it looks like a random bone stuck onto a skull (looks like someone died picking their nose to me )
Maybe a mergoyle skull, or a small version of the Gray giant Skulls stuck onto a stick would be better as they have a horn sticking out of their heads already.
